Lorus Building Approvals and Certification (LBAC) was formed in November 2000 to provide private approval and certification services to the building and development industry.
LBAC provides a comprehensive certification service that includes issue of Construction Certificates, Design Advice, representation to Councils, BCA Reports, and Fire Safety Upgrade Reports.
